Hello!
I am a current senior at Western Washington University majoring in Marketing and Minoring in Political Science. I’m originally from Auburn Washington, and before college I lived in the same house my whole life. I love cooking, traveling, eating, learning, and spending time with friends
My Values:
Authenticity: Real: Strategy that is realistic and rooted in truth. I believe marketing should reflect truth, not trends. Strategy must be grounded in what a brand actually is and what it can realistically deliver. No inflated claims. No vanity metrics. Just honest, sustainable growth.
Alignment: I work with brands whose mission aligns with my own standards and principles. Internally, alignment means ensuring messaging, audience targeting, and performance goals are all working toward the same objective. Nothing operates in isolation.
Accountability: Marketing should produce results, and results should be defined clearly from the beginning. I prioritize setting benchmarks, tracking performance, and taking responsibility for outcomes. If something does not perform, it is analyzed and refined.
Curiosity: One of my biggest goals on the job is for constant learning to be taking place, one of the reasons I am interested in small businesses is because every day looks different for them. Continuous learning is essential to strong marketing. I approach every project with a research mindset, seeking to understand consumer behavior, market dynamics, and performance data before making decisions. Growth requires intellectual humility and exploration.
Resourcefulness: Doing more with what exists. I approach challenges with adaptability and strategic creativity, maximizing impact without relying on excess. Strong strategy is not about scale alone; it is about smart allocation and thoughtful execution. .
